Ingredients: ½ butternut squash, oil, salt, pepper, 400 g pasta, 250 g mushrooms, about ten sprigs of parsley
How to cook:
- Peel and cut ½ of the butternut squash into pieces.
- Fry the pieces in an oiled pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat salted water to cook the pasta.
- Wash and chop 250 g of mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to the pan.
- Chop the parsley finely and add it to the pan.
- Pour 400g of pasta into your pan of water and follow the instructions on the packet.
- Check the seasoning of the pan and the cooking.
- Drain the pasta.
- Mix the pasta with the pumpkin pieces and mushrooms.
- ENJOY
