After a long winter, Easter is often the first opportunity for you to reconnect with nature as a family. Luckily, Nutchel’s Cosy Cabins are nestled in a green scenery and can accommodate up to 6 people. Here's what we have in store for you for Easter!
Did you know that the tradition of Easter egg hunting dates back to Antiquity? It however became popular in Europe in the 16th century. The hidden eggs symbolized then the rebirth of nature in spring.
At Nutchel, we also organize an annual egg hunt for our little Nutchies as a celebration of the return of spring. Whether the eggs are real or chocolate, we hide them all over our forest villages in Alsace and Les Ardennes.
On your marks, get set, search!
This long Easter weekend is also a privileged time to spend time outdoors with your children, away from the constraints of school and the daily grind. With the arrival of spring nature becomes a fantastic playground for the little and big adventurers alike. Discovering groves on a long walk in the woods. Building a cabin with nothing but branches and rope. Observing birds or squirrels moving from branch to branch.
Will you let the Robinson Crusoe within you show up?
Our Cosy Cabins are the perfect place to relax after a day of outdoor activities.
During your stay at Nutchel, you will feel right at home, cooking good meals together and playing board games with your eldest while the younger ones draw. And the stories you tell around the wood stove will make precious memories for your whole family.
