Questions regarding your stay at Nutchel

Bookings can only be made through our online booking system. The availability on the booking calendar of our website is always up to date. Please note that we do not take any bookings by phone.

We do work with fixed days for arrival and departure, that are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (with exception of bank holidays or holiday periods) .  The days marked in light grey on the booking calendar are the possible days for check-in and check-out.

For a midweek you can for example book from Monday to Wednesday, from Wednesday to Friday, or for the whole week. A weekend stay is always for 3 nights, from Friday to Monday.

Please take into account that check-in or check-out days may differ from one domain to the other due to national bank holidays or different school holidays.

At Nutchel, we really wish our customers to experience the back-to-basics concept, which implies a stay for a slightly longer period and therefore it is not possible to book a Cosy Cabin for 1 night only.

Our two domains Les Ardennes and L'Alsace are located midst nature, but still close to the street to guarantee accessibility. At Nutchel, we want to make a positive impact on nature and therefore were obliged to put some cabins closer to each other, in order to protect the ground and the surrounding trees. The Cosy Cabins are scattered throughout the domains and in proximity to each other.

Our Customer Service is available within the following opening hours:

Monday: 10 am - 6 pm

Tuesday: 8 - 11 am

Wednesday: 8 - 11 am

Thursday: 8 - 11 am

Friday: 8 - 11 am

You can reach us via mail at info@nutchel.lu or by phone at +352 28 79 54 88.
