How do I buy a gift voucher?
To buy a gift voucher, you can contact our Customer Service by mail. Please communicate the needed information to create the voucher: your full name, your postal address, the name of the beneficiary and the amount you would like to offer. Gift vouchers are available with a minimum amount of 100 €. During this romotion, you will receive a 15% discount on your gift voucher: for example, for a 100€ gift voucher, pay only 85€!
Once received your request, our Customer Service will come back to you. Please take into account that the handling of your demand can take up 2 to 5 working days.
How can the voucher be redeemed?
Nutchel gift vouchers are valid for our forest villages Les Ardennes and Alsace, for a duration of 12 months from the date of issue (this means you can give the gift of travel to a friend or family member who's already looking forward to their next trip, whenever that may be!). They can only be redeemed online and not be used across multiple bookings. The exchange in cash is excluded.
The voucher is available as a digital version and will be send to you as a PDF file by mail.
